May act on behalf of the Board of Directors when so authorized or in emergency matters subject to subsequent review by the board at its’ next meeting.
Best Practices & Emerging Trends Committee
Convene thought leaders and identify and create best practices.
Develop, promote and administer the CAWA exam and process.
Manage and execute the delivery of professional conferences.
Cultivate partnership opportunities with sponsor and other funders resulting in support revenue for SAWA.
Oversee the financial administration of SAWA.
Assess governance needs and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Review and approve membership applications, implement effective recruitment strategies, and provide member support.
